Howdy, Come On In And Look Around !Click on this huge nuisance gator to hear a gator breeding call

Welcome to TNT Gators, home of the extreme sportsman and the ONLY alligator guide service ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD to offer the opportunity to "Live Capture" your trophy gator !  We offer adventures ranging from tame to completely outrageous.  Check out our "Services Offered" page for an in depth look at the various gator hunts and adventures we have to offer.

We offer a totally unique hunting experience to our clients.  Our hunts are completely different from start to finish.  To find out just how different we are keep reading, and be sure to bookmark this page as we are constantly adding new pictures, links, and gator stories to the site so make sure you keep checking back to see the most outrageous gator goodies on the web.

While many of our clients have participated in several guided hunts for other species of dangerous wild game in areas all around the world, they all seem to agree that stalking a wild alligator in the middle of the night is a completely unique and adrenaline producing experience.  As one of our trophy hunters from last season put it: "during all of the other guided hunts I've been on over the years, the rush is over as soon as you pull the trigger; with you guys, that's when the excitement really started".

Here at TNT Gator Trappers we understand that being an outdoor sportsman is not about killing your quarry, it's about testing your hunting and stalking skills against a worthy adversary, and we know that once you feel the power and presence of a completely wild and dangerous alligator as you glide up beside him in the middle of the night with nothing separating the two of you but six feet of open space and a whole lot of tension, you will quickly realize just how worthy an adversary he is.

Why Choose TNT Gator Trappers?

The first big difference between TNT Gator Trappers and the other alligator hunting guide services out there is the fact that we do not just hunt alligators for the sake of hunting . Every gator we hunt has clearly proven themselves to be a danger to the safety of the general public.  Due to this fact, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) has issued a "Nuisance Alligator Permit" directing that Tiger, Michael, and/or Tony remove the alligator in question.  Whether it be for endangering people, property, or livestock, these gators have crossed the line.

As mandated by Florida law, all alligators captured during hunts on private waters, or during the "Public Waters" season must be killed prior to being brought into the boat.  The one exception to this policy involves alligators caught by licensed Nuisance Alligator Control Agents.  It is this exception, which allows us to offer our clients a totally unique hunting opportunity, and is the second big difference between us and other gator hunting guide services.

Every alligator we hunt has to be removed from the wild one way or another, and by allowing our clients to harvest nothing but nuisance gators we try to effectively minimize the overall negative impact upon Florida's wild alligator population.  Want to have your neighbors and relatives begging to see the the pictures and videos of this year's "Family Vacation".  Try this on for size.

The fact that TNT Gators is owned and operated by three of the most talented alligator trappers in the state of Florida offers a huge advantage to our clients.  With a combined total of nearly 60 years of experience trapping wild alligators, we are the Clear leader when it comes to the real world experience that makes the difference between a successful trophy gator hunt, and a disappointing boat ride in the dark.  We also offer the largest geographical area of any alligator hunting guide service for you to choose from when deciding where you want to stalk your trophy gator with our territory covering most of the panhandle of Florida.  As State Licensed Nuisance Alligator Control Agents, Tiger, Michael, and Tony are able to offer guided, nuisance alligator adventures and hunts which can be scheduled in locations and during times of the year that other gator hunting guides simply will not be able to match, and as stated above: all our gators are completely wild and we can prove it!  If you're interested, we can show you the FWC permit ordering the removal of your gator.  Because let's face it . . . . . who wants to take time out of their busy schedule, spend their hard earned cash, and travel hundreds or possibly thousands of miles only to be led out to "hunt" a docile, hand-fed, farm gator!  That's not our idea of gator hunting, and we're pretty darned sure it's not yours either..

A Word To The Wise

Whether you decide to hunt with us, or with another guide service please make sure they take care of all the proper paperwork for you.  Poaching a crocodilian is a federal felony and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is deadly serious about catching anyone taking or attempting to take an alligator illegally.  Always make sure you see proof that you are legal.  The rule is:  if you are in the boat without the proper paperwork while hunting, or with an illegally  taken alligator, you're guilty of poaching . . . Period!  Your guide's assurances to you that everything was on the up and up hold no water as far as the law and the FWC are concerned. If you are caught poaching an alligator you WILL be arrested and end up in jail or, at the very least, have to fork out a very hefty fine, and we don't want to see anyone's vacation end that way.  At TNT Gators, we take our client's trust very seriously.  We understand that gator hunting is probably a new experience to most of our clients and we know they are not familiar with all the legalities and the ins and outs of the paperwork involved.  Because of this, we always handle these issues for you.  Before we leave the dock or bank we will have on hand the proper paperwork for everyone in the boat and the FWC permit for the alligator we will be hunting, and what's more, we will gladly show you this paperwork.

Feel free to take a look at what we have to offer and when you decide you're ready for a little excitement, whether it be a fascinating and informative sight seeing trip with one of our Gator Guides, or a late night wrestling match with a man-eating alligator, drop us a line and we'll show you the time of your life !

TNT Gator Trappers thanks you for stopping by, and we invite you to take your time looking around.  Please let us know if we can help you in any way.
